East of Paris
East of Paris is where you will find the really fashionable districts: la Bastille, where Parisians get together to celebrate all sorts of events, concerts, festivals ….as well as to have fun in the various cafés all round the square. Bercy Village and Cour St Emilion used to be the wine-dealers’ district ; the area has since been completely renovated and is now a good place to meet up with friends and watch the world go by from the terrace of one of the pedestrian area’s many restaurants.
